About Your Coach: April Payne

Certified Master Coach


 I am a wife, mother, and stepmother who works 2 jobs; coaching and teaching. 

My other passion is fitness and nutrition.

I enjoy traveling, holiday events, meeting new people, and singing.

I used to live life in the negative by easily criticizing any solution to a problem. But, now I have changed this way of thinking and I like to share others what I have learned during this process.  

By turning negative into positive, I have been able to do so much more and I have received so much more than I could imagine including losing 15 lbs in 3 weeks with focused nutrition and at home workouts resulting in long-lasting results (over 3 years to be exact!)

What’s even better is that it still isn’t over yet!

How do I do this and how can I help you?

I'd like those of you to know a little about some of what my wonderful future wife does on a daily basis when it comes to bettering herself, her business, and the importance of sharing what she's learned and accomplished to help others.
Every morning the alarm goes off at the crack of dawn so April can start her day. Although she's on summer break as a teacher her work never ends. She goes downstairs and for a couple hours focuses on her business, whether it's doing blogs, fb live chats, talking to clients or strategizing on new ways to help others, not just physically but mentally. I honestly have never seen a more dedicated harder working woman in my life. April Miller coaching is absolutely not about selling products or making money and was not founded for that purpose. April like most has tried everything and finally found what's truly works for her and wants to better the lives of anybody that she can!!! Nothing's magical and it all requires hard work and dedication but I can tell you that IT WORKS! I myself prepare meals every night and we eat healthy as a family! This woman has changed my life in so many ways! For those who don't know I've had a heart transplant and it is very important to care for myself properly nutrition wise. April has guided me in the proper way to eat and my medication induced diabetes has improved more than I could imagine and I've lost 42lbs! I'm back to my old self now and owe this final push to April! Anyways, after two hours of work her workout now begins. April doesn't come out of the basement from her morning business and workout til 9:30am and then we chat, have coffee and plan the rest of the day. Off and on all day long the dedication she has shines and she's always chatting with clients anytime and anywhere. The importance of her work to better others April never stops thinking or even talking about. She listens to podcasts in the shower and then when she's doing her makeup getting ready! The podcasts are generally about how she can better herself as a person, business, or even how to better our family and our relationship.
In closing I'd like to thank April personally for everything you've done for me as well as your family and by the way you inspire others.
